By checking the media permission box on the request form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or another person with the authority to give this permission on the child's behalf, and that you agree to allow Jayden’sCards4Cancer to use voluntarily submitted photos, videos, and stories on the website, on social media, and in promotional materials.

Submitted media is never published automatically. Every submission is reviewed by an administrator before anything becomes public.
